It can be easy to think of air pollution as something you leave outside the door when you walk indoors, however, the average family home is unknowingly producing its own internal pollution!  Did you know that the air inside our homes can be more toxic than the air outside our homes?

According to a UK Government study entitled 'Health Matters: Air Pollution', air pollution is not just about the outdoor world. There are a number of sources of indoor air pollutants that can harm health including, amongst other contributors:
